Refund policy


Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds, unless the item/s meet(s) the below requirements: 

 

-There has been a misprint

-Product has been damaged in transit

-Item(s) are defective

 

To start a return, you can contact us at ark.athletics67@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will ask for some information and get the return process started as quickly as possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Any product issues including misprints/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. 

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. At this point, the item/s may be shipped again but at customers expense (Shipping Fees). 



Sale Items and Gift Cards - Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
